Stoltzfus Eats: Fettuccine Alfredo with Spinach & Feta Chicken Grillers

I think we can all admit that when it comes to comfort food, a big bowl of pasta is right at the top of the list! This classic recipe for fettuccine alfredo has a tasty twist with the addition of our Stoltzfus Meats Spinach & Feta Chicken Grillers.

Our Spinach & Feta Chicken Grillers are made with chicken thigh meat and no fillers. The perfect blend of spinach, feta cheese, and spices are added, along with just the right amount of crushed red pepper. This product is also gluten-free and MSG free. The spinach & feta flavor is the most popular option of our chicken sausage products and once you try this dish, you’ll know why!

What you’ll need for this recipe:

Fettuccine Alfredo with Spinach & Feta Chicken Grillers ingredients

1 pound fettuccine noodles

4 Stoltzfus Meats Spinach & Feta Chicken Sausage Grillers (approximately 1 pound)

½ cup butter

2 cups heavy cream

4 ounces cream cheese

2 teaspoons minced garlic (approximately 4 cloves)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 cups freshly grated parmesan

How to make Fettuccine Alfredo with Spinach & Feta Chicken Grillers:

Cook the noodles according to package directions.

While the noodles are cooking, heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat and pan fry the Stoltzfus Meats Spinach and Feta Chicken Grillers for about 5-7 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove the grillers from the pan and set aside to cool slightly.

For the Alfredo sauce, combine the butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking until all the elements are melted and mixed together. Add in the garlic and other seasonings. Continue to whisk about one minute, until smooth. Whisk in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until the cheese has melted. Bring the sauce to a simmer and continue to whisk until it starts to thicken.
