In 1954, Amos Stoltzfus began taking products to the New Castle Farmers Market. Over 60 years later, we still offer fresh food from Lancaster County and the same quality customer service.
We have expanded to five stands in the Lancaster County section of the market:

The Meat and Deli Department 

Featuring our own meats and a deli. Here you will find everything from steaks to pork chops to cheese. Our deli is restocked daily with freshly cut meats and cheeses. And our expert team of butchers will cut your beef and pork to order. 

The Poultry Department 

Check out our selection of antibiotic-free poultry, a variety of flavors of chicken sausage, turkey sausage, stuffed chicken breasts, and much more.

The Bakery Department 

Follow your nose and the smell of fresh-baked sticky buns to our bakery! Here you will discover a variety of breads, cookies, pies, cakes, whoopie pies, cream cheese spreads, and many other choices.

The Salads Department 

Here you will find a wonderful showcase of Lancaster salads, including several of our own recipes. Our salads are ready to eat, and deli salads, soups, pudding, and desserts. A great place to grab everything you need for your next week of lunches!

The Juice Department 

Is home to a spectacular array of fresh-squeezed juices and prepared salads. Featuring healthy blends of juices and energy drinks, the juice stand is the perfect superfood pit stop.
