Refund policy

We strive to make sure that our product arrives to your doorstep still cold and in good condition. Sometimes, however, mistakes are made. Orders are filled incorrectly or packages are damaged en route to their destination. 

If you receive a damaged product, or the wrong product, or no product at all, please reach out to us at myorder@stoltzfusmeats.com right away and we will work with you to correct the problem. If the item is damaged, it is sometimes helpful to send a picture as well. We typically do not ask customers to return a damaged item in order to have it replaced or refunded. 

Our online sales team is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If we can't send a replacement product, we offer a full refund. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide you with the prompt service and quality products you deserve. 

We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We will replace damaged food items, however. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
