The Pennsylvania Processed Product Competition, the largest meat product judging on the East coast, uses meat experts from Penn State University and the industry as judges. With almost 200 entries, the meat competition identifies outstanding and innovative products of the highest quality. The contest is held annually during PAMP’s convention. This event holds educational seminars and a supplier’s showcase for all its members.
