I grilled this on my pellet grill, and the outcome was superb. It reminds me of the German sausage I used to buy in San Antonio, TX. I bought five pounds for myself and 5 pounds for my son. He is quite pleased, too. I wish I had bought some spicy, next time. Thank you.

I grew up with your rope sausage and your Country sausage grillers and we moved to Florida 14 years ago and we missed getting them. My wife's Italian and it's the only sausage she'll eat other than hot Italian sausage. Thanks for sending and I will order them again.
