Landjaegers contain lactic acid, which is an active culture that ensures shelf-stability. Please be aware that this active live culture will occasionally cause salt to crystalize on the outside of the product. This is not mold, but rather a result of the natural preservation process.

Came in time frame of 2 days only complaint id say is even tho this is a shelf stable i still feel should be shipped with dry ice or something
