Shipping policy

We ship out Monday-Wednesday 2-Day Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We use two-day shipping options but sometimes packages can arrive later than 2 days.

Our product is shipped out frozen with ice packs so it stays cold in transit. Orders placed after 9am on Wednesday, will be processed and shipped the next week. 

Please be patient with us as we our small team works as fast as possible to fill your order accurately and in a timely manner.

We guarantee all of our products and will replace or refund your package in the event of a delivery problem.
