The product is excellent but it should be noted that in the heat we are experiencing in Florida shipping from the shop later in the week which means a possible weekend delay can cause the packing ice to melt prematurely.

Sausage was very good. Reminded me of the rope sausage I used to get in North Carolina growing up. Can not find fresh pork rope sausage where I live in Virginia. Shipped and received quick. Will definitely be ordering again.
