Stoltzfus Eats: Sweet bologna rollups

Stoltzfus Eats: Sweet bologna rollups

Jacki Weaver |

With the beginning of fall comes the beginning of football, which also means the beginning of football-viewing snack season. For today's post, we wanted to include the easiest protein-packed, crowd-pleasing snack. It's so simple that it only includes two ingredients and we're not quite sure that we can call it a recipe!

What you'll need for this recipe:
1/2 lb. Stoltzfus Sweet bologna, sliced
8 oz cream cheese spread of choice (we used vegetable cream cheese)

Directions:

Spread the cream cheese spread on each slice of sweet bologna, and roll up.

Cut each sweet bologna roll in half, and serve!

Like we said, it's the easiest snack! If you have children who love to help in the kitchen, it's also a great recipe for them to make by themselves.

As always, if you make this meal, we would love to hear about it. Please let us know in the comments or be sure to tag us on social media. Thanks for joining us for Stoltzfus Eats… where feeding you is our pleasure!

I always mix horseradish in mine.

Debbie Shook,

Mel,

Great question! It’s a great recipe to customize. You could easily change the cream cheese spread for a different flavor. I’ve also seen people add a pickle spear to the center of the roll-up!

Jacki,

I tried this recipe and it turned out really good. What else can I add to the recipe? Thanks for the recipe.
