Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you enjoy doing outside of work.
A: I enjoy time with my family. We enjoy going to the beach and doing outdoor activities. I enjoy playing and watching sports.

Q: Even though every day is a little bit different, can you tell us what a typical day looks like for you?
A: I start my workday around 5:30AM most mornings. My day consists of scheduling production of daily products and upcoming days. It also involves process improvement in our processing lines, as well as trouble shooting any issues that may arise and overseeing all aspects of production. I participate in product development meetings and regularly meet with the supervisors of each department to make sure things are running smoothly. Lastly, I put effort into investing into the lives of each of the employees that works in the plant.

Q: What is your favorite Stoltzfus Meats product?
A: Bacon. Bacon goes on everything in our house!

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: North Dakota. It is currently the only state I have never been to!

Now you know a little bit about Branson, the manager of our production facility! Branson brings a genuine care for the employees of Stoltzfus Meats and a desire to work as a team to constantly improve our products and operation. We are very thankful for Branson’s calm, quiet spirit and his commitment to Stoltzfus Meats!
