The first time I tried it during a visit to Stoltzfus Meats, I could not believe my taste buds. With its sweet overtones and hearty sausage flavor, this is nothing like the traditional bologna mom threw on a piece of Wonder bread for you when you were knee-high to a grasshopper. This was a gift for our son in North Carolina. We have had them in the past and they are wonderful. I’m sure they will enjoy it on Easter. The shipping is a little too high. That is my only complaint!
