Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. In the refrigerator unopened this product will last for 21 days. Once opened this product must be used within 7 days. Frozen this product should be used within 6 months after the "Use or Freeze by" date.

A lot of ham hocks look nasty and freezer burned. These are individually shrink wrapped and are in beautiful condition. I use them constantly in beans and soups. The smoke is there but not overpowering. You can't go wrong here.
