Personally I'd like to go darker on the molasses but regardless like everything else from here was very well made and delicious

I was really looking forward to the Shoofly Pie; haven't had it in many many years. Maybe a 6-in pie doesn't leave a lot of room for the gooey good stuff. Every bite was a mouthful of dry crumbs.
