A PA Dutch Classic

Description

Folks who know scrapple will tell you: ours can’t be beat. Made in kettles with cornmeal and buckwheat flour blended with pork, pork skins, and livers, our Pennsylvania scrapple is the real deal. Pan-fried and paired with maple syrup, this is a Pennsylvania Dutch delicacy not to be missed.
Order scrapple online for yourself or to send to a loved one outside the county and let them experience this uniquely regional pork dish. Although sometimes called the “poor man’s bacon,” we think our Pennsylvania Dutch scrapple is richly flavored to stand on par with any breakfast meat.

Sent it to my sister in Colorado. She cooked it up for her son in laws family. You now have devout believers in Colorado. Brings back may fond memories of PA.

That’s wonderful to hear! We love knowing our scrapple has made it all the way to Colorado and is bringing back fond memories of PA. Thank you for sharing it with your family!

Love it

This is really good scrapple. I grew up on scrapple and introduced my husband to it. Now we both love it. We feel this is the best tasting of all the brands we have tried over the years! We especially like the spices in it! It fries up perfectly with nice crisp crust and soft inside. I use a non stick pan on medium heat # 5 and cook each side till nice and crispy and golden brown about 6-7 minutes per side. We especially love it with eggs over easy. What a combo!

We’re so glad to hear that you and your husband are enjoying the scrapple! It means a lot to know you think ours stands out among the others. Thank you for sharing your cooking method too—it sounds delicious, especially paired with eggs over easy!

Incredible!!

I haven’t been able to eat scrapple in years since I was diagnosed with celiac disease, but this product is gluten free! I had no reaction and since I purchased the 5-6 pound loaf, I’ll be set for quite a while. Worth every penny. I’ll order again.

Hello Meghan, thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that you were able to enjoy scrapple again and that our gluten-free product worked well for you. We truly appreciate your kind words and we look forward to serving you again!
