Having lived in Pennsylvania 66 years ago, I acquired a taste for scrapple. We have purchased it from Stoltzfus Meats in the past but this is the first time for mail order. Their scrapple is the closest to taste as remembered from my childhood. It is truly a treat having Stoltzfus Meats scrapple and eggs for breakfast.

I grew up in central PA and this is the closest I’ve been able to find that compares with the recipe my folks used when we butchered. Really took me back and tasted great. My dad’s 80 now and I got him some as well and he loved it. I couldn’t find its equal in Indiana and he was disappointed in Florida. The ring bologna and bacon sticks were awesome as well!
