Keep Refrigerated. Unopened in the refrigerator this product will last 90 days. Once opened you must consume it within 7 days. If frozen it must be consumed within 6 months of the "Use or Freeze by" date.

The Cottage Bacon Ends are from the end of the smoked shoulder. Although irregularly shaped, they have incredible flavor. Goes great with eggs, or in a sandwich or casserole. Each pack of Cottage Bacon Ends is approximately 1 lbs. Keep in mind that they might look slightly different than the picture due to being irregular in shape.

Tender, Flavorsome Bacon

I've been looking for a tender, flavorsome bacon that does not get too dry in the pan. The round slices also work well in sandwiches, especially ones built on round buns.
