The ham arrived the week that the Stoltzfus email said it would. The ham was delicious - not at all fatty or too salty. Everyone commented how good the ham was. I would definitely purchased another ham and products from this company.

Served the boneless ham for family Easter dinner. It tasted like no other. Melt in your mouth. Pure ham feeling with no saltly artificial taste. Working on day 5 of leftovers and ham still fresh and tender. Love this ham.

I was raised in the far North US. We generally have our hams salt cured and smoked with apple, hickory or oak. This ham is more sweet tasting which is not to a Yanee's taste. The quality of the meat was excellent and it arrived in excellent condition
