Best Ham Hocks

I have been trying to find good ham hocks locally, and cannot find any. So, I googled them and found these. WOW, these are the best ham hocks ever. I made bean soup with one yesterday. There was plenty of ham to get off the hock after cooking the beans with it. It made for some delicious soup with plenty of ham in it.

Good Seasoning Hock

I have been looking for a good ham hock since my previous supplier no longer ships to California. I found the Stoltzfus hock to be very meaty with a slight smokey overtone to them. They are not overly salty either. These hocks cook up very nice with a pot of beans.
