Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Unopened in the refrigerator product will last for 120 days. Once opened product must be consumed within 7 days. Frozen product should be consumed within 6 months after the "Use or Freeze by" date.
Cooking
In a pan over medium heat fry sausage until internal temperature reaches 160°. Remember to turn them often so that they cook evenly.
Grilling just ensure that the internal temperature reaches 160°.
