Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Pan fry with oil or bake for 45 min at 350 degrees in a covered baking pan or dish. Add a little water to the baking pan to help retain moisture. Cook to internal temperature of 160.

Delicious!

This rope sausage has excellent flavor. I sauteed this with cabbage and new potatoes, seasoned with salt, pepper and a little brown sugar. It was a really good complete meal!
