Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep refrigerated or frozen.

Thawed Pie: Cook 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 350° Check to make sure that the internal temperature is 165°
Frozen Pie: Add an extra 15 min to cook time. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°

Real Chicken Flavor. Tasty, Flaky Crust

We are an older couple who have been trying different chicken pot pies as a convenience dinner. This is the best of them due to the 'real' chicken flavor I remember from 'down on the farm.' There is just enough gravy and the crust is tender and flaky.

The chicken meat pies were delicious. Stoltzfus is the only business that ships it to you if you live out of state (Not PA). The company who makes the pies is Zook's. I wish that they would ship their pies to you directly. Nope! Everytime that I go to Lancaster, PA: on my way home I would buy a stack of these pies to give out as gifts but I keep several for myself. They are really that yummy! Thank you Stolzfus for carrying these pies. I just wish that I could order online the beef meat pie. My second favorite. Chicken pot pie is the best!

The crust was very thin. Bottom crust never cooked completely. Still tasted pretty good.
