It is ready to eat but is also great sliced and fried lightly on both sides, which caramelizes the molasses. Delicious with cheese, crackers, or in in a sandwich, this is a local favorite you’ll want to discover for yourself! And, for restaurants, delis, and other business customers, we now offer our Large Chub at a lower price point. We also offer it sliced!

My husband is from Lancaster county. Living now on the eastern shore of Maryland you simply don't find good sweet bologna. So for Father's Day I ordered that and a few other things. He was so so so happy. A true taste of home.

This is not your parent's bologna.

The first time I tried it during a visit to Stoltzfus Meats, I could not believe my taste buds. With its sweet overtones and hearty sausage flavor, this is nothing like the traditional bologna mom threw on a piece of Wonder bread for you when you were knee-high to a grasshopper.
