Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Pan fry with oil or bake for 45 min at 350 degrees in a covered baking pan or dish. Add a little water to the baking pan to help retain moisture. Cook to internal temperature of 160.

Father's Day

Our family had a great Father's Day meal of rope sausage, fried potatoes with onions and peppers, and baked beans, a family favorite. My 91 year old Dad has been telling us for years about the sausage he ate at Stoltzfus Farm on a trip to Amish country many years ago. I placed the order and received the sausage fresh made and flash frozen and ready to go for our celebration. I browned it in a skillet with a little oil and then baked it in the oven. It was perfect! Thank you for your great product and terrific ordering and delivery process. You made our Father's Day.
