Our daughter (in her early 40s) was diagnosed with needing to follow a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. This has eliminated so many favorite foods. I checked around for gluten/dairy free food and Stotzfus came through big time with the gluten-free and the most deliscious scrapple we ever tasted. Thanks!

We like to order this wonderful snack meat because we have such fond memories of it form several visits to the Stoltzfus store in Lancaster. flavor is exactly as always, but I must confess we found it way too salty to enjoy as much this time around. I've cut way back on salt the last 10 years and with recently diagnosed Stage 3 Kidney disease, must cut it back even further. If you folks could produce a lower-sodium version it would help folks like me a lot. :)

This pork sausage is very well seasoned, and if you don't overcook it, it's very flavorful and juicy. I put it at the top of my list.
