A PA Dutch Classic

Description

Folks who know scrapple will tell you: ours can’t be beat. Made in kettles with cornmeal and buckwheat flour blended with pork, pork skins, and livers, our Pennsylvania scrapple is the real deal. Pan-fried and paired with maple syrup, this is a Pennsylvania Dutch delicacy not to be missed.
Order scrapple online for yourself or to send to a loved one outside the county and let them experience this uniquely regional pork dish. Although sometimes called the “poor man’s bacon,” we think our Pennsylvania Dutch scrapple is richly flavored to stand on par with any breakfast meat.

I haven't had scrapple in about 50 years...Boy did I miss it!

I bought a couple of pounds just to taste test it...I don't need to test anymore this is the real deal...crisps up in the pan beautifully and the taste is second to none...I've had Clyde Weaver, Kunzler, and a bunch of others but Stoltfus is my brand...DELICIOUS...with a capital "D" although it made me home sick! You can't get scrapple in Fort Lauderdale

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed it, Adam! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We look forward to serving you again!
