Stoltzfus Meats began in 1954 when Amos Stoltzfus and his wife Mary started taking their meats to market. Both Amos and Mary grew up Amish in Lancaster County, where it was common for families to do their own butchering on the farm. Armed with tried-and-true recipes developed over many years, Amos and Mary curated a lineup of quality meats that quickly found a customer following. We carry forth their legacy, using the same recipes they crafted many years ago.
