Keep frozen or refrigerated until ready to cook.
Baking instructions:
Remove ham from wrapping. Place in baking pan and add around a half inch of water to the bottom of pan. Cover and place in an oven preheated at 300 degrees. Heat 18-20 minutes per pound or to an internal temp of 140 degrees.

Cured with Water, Salt, Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Acetate, Seasonings, Sodium Erythorbate, Flavorings, Sodium Nitrate.
