Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Unopened in the refrigerator product will last75 days. Once opened this product must be consumed within 7 days. Frozen this product should be used within 6 months after the "Use or Freeze by" date.

Cooking:
Remove slice from packaging. Place in a baking pan in an oven that is preheated to 300°. Place a small layer of water at the bottom of the pan and cover. Cook until slice reaches 140°
Pan fry over medium heat turning often. Cook until slice reaches 140°.

Always delicious! Always ready for meal time!

I'm originally from near Allentown and the PA Dutch meats were always part of our dinner table. I love the ham slices with bone-in. They're very easy to prepare and they are always delicious. Some of the California ham slices have little flavor compared To Stoltzfus meats. Thank you for shipping them to me.
