Cooking and Care Instructions

For best taste on fresh products, use or freeze within 3-5 days of receipt; for frozen products, use within 1-2 days after thawing.

Marinade for best outcome. Put the roast in the oven and bake at 400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, or about 10-15 minutes per pound, depending on how rare you want it. Don’t cook it past 145; the meat doesn’t have enough fat for medium well or well.

Excellent when marinated. When sourced from Pasture-Raised, Dry-Aged Black Angus Beef it's even better! Each Tri-Tip is around 2 lbs. in size.
