Mix 2 cups of funnel cake mix, 1 egg, and 1 cup of water. Beat into a batter. Heat 1 inch of oil to 375. Pour batter into oil through a funnel in strands. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Let cool on a paper towel. Dust with 10x sugar.
