Cooking and Care Instructions

For best taste on fresh products, use or freeze within 3-5 days of receipt; for frozen products, use within 1-2 days after thawing.

Excellent in a Cheese Steak. Simply Fry in a Cast Iron Pan for a few minutes until cooked through then add to an Italian roll with cheese. Also great in casseroles!

Excellent!

I'm a S.Jersey/Philly guy living in N.Jersey for the last 30+ yrs. It's nice to get a taste of home...there is no scrapple to be found up here, yours is excellent! Same with the chipped steak...great sandwich. The care taken with packaging is appreciated. What a great option :)

Fantastic Flavor

I grew up in Philly, but I live in NC now. One of the things I miss the most is a really good cheese steak. This made a perfect cheese steak. Flavorful and moist. I'll be purchasing more of this when my cheese steak craving kicks in.
