Great product for our Christmas tradition

Every year we make Eggs Benedict on Christmas morning. This year, I ordered Stolzfus Canadian Bacon to use for this special meal. After opening a bottle of champagne (another part of the tradition), I made the muffins, we sat down and enjoyed the delicious results. Truly made a great annual tradition even better. I plan to continue making this part of our yearly Christmas morning plans.

Fantastic flavor - Nice and Thick

This time when I put the cottage bacon, I thought it was cut in a thicker cut and the flavor was the best I've ever had. I don't know if you did something different, but both a friend (that I gave some to) and I thought it was the very best cottage bacon. Absolutely delicious! I will have to remember to order 2 packages as the number of slices is not as many as before. I love Stoltzfus and the wonderful Pennsylvania Dutch foods you have for me to enjoy almost being back in eastern PA where I grew up.
