Keep Refrigerated or Frozen until ready to consume. If unopened product will last in the refrigerator for 120 days. Once opened it must be consumed within 7 days. If product is kept frozen it should be used within 6 months of the "Use or Freeze by" date.

In a frying pan over medium heat cook desired amount of bacon. Turn the bacon several times to ensure that it is cooking evenly. Cook to desired crispiness.
