Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Unopened product will last 75 days in the refrigerator. Once opened this product must be consumed within 7 days. Frozen this product should be consumed within 6 months after the "Use or Freeze by" date.
Cooking
Remove from packaging. Place 1/2 inch of water in the bottom of a backing pan. Place ham in the pan and cover.
Place covered ham in an oven that is preheated to 300°. Bake 18-20 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 140°.
