Cooking and Care Instructions

Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Unopened in the refrigerator this product will last for 120 days. once opened it must be consumed within 7 days. Once frozen it must be consumed within 6 months of the "Use or Freeze by" date.

In a frying pan over medium heat. Place your bacon in the pan remembering to turn often. Cook to the crispiness that you desire.

The hogs are fed a special all-grain diet and are never given any hormones or antibiotics. You will notice ruby red pork with the highest level of marbling, juiciness, and tenderness. 

The exceptional meat quality is coupled with a time-honored process. We adhere to the age-old tradition of slow smoking, with a blend of hickory and apple wood that started off with a smoker built by our Founder, Amos S. Stoltzfus.
