4th of July Fireworks in Lancaster County 2023

Lancaster County has long been revered as a community that values tradition and celebration. On holidays there is always something for everyone to do to commemorate the occasion and enjoy time with friends and family and the 4th of July is no exception! We have compiled some of our favorite events of the region to share. We hope you’ll consider checking one of them out!

Friday, June 30th

East Petersburg Independence Day Celebration

Join the East Petersburg community  for music and food trucks at 5:30 p.m., an outdoor featured family movie at 8:30 p.m., and fireworks beginning at 10:15 p.m.

Saturday, July 1st

Marietta Fireworks

Community Bible Church, at 331 Anderson Ferry Road, will be hosting an evening of fun. Stop by early to enjoy food trucks, a bounce house, and more prior to the big fireworks display. Free parking opens at 4:30 p.m. 

Quarryville: Independence Day Demolition Derby and Fireworks Display

Buck Motorsports of Quarryville presents a demolition derby plus a spectacular fireworks display. Stop by 900 Lancaster Pike in Quarryville, PA to enjoy the show. *Ticket purchase required. 

Mountville Fireworks

Fireworks will be held at Froelich Park, located at 350 West Main Street in Mountville. In the event of rain the fireworks display will be rescheduled to July 8th. 

Clipper Magazine Stadium

Gates open at 4 p.m. for an evening packed with family fun. Enjoy live music, play field games including corn hole and more, participate in an egg toss contest, and watch the kiddos compete in an inflatable obstacle course or take a ride on the carousel. Don’t forget to register in advance for the hot dog eating contest if you think you have what it takes! Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. 

Sunday, July 2nd 

Long’s Park Summer Music Series

Bring a blanket and secure your spot at Long’s Park, located at 1441 Harrisburg Pike in Lancaster. The US Army Band: Pershing’s Own will begin their performance at 7:30 p.m. and one of the county’s most anticipated fireworks show will follow. 

Tuesday, July 4th 

Lititz July 4th Celebration

Grab a spot at Lititz Springs Park, located at 22 North Broad Street in Lititz, and enjoy the town’s 206th annual 4th of July celebration. There will be music, food trucks, a kid zone and more, followed by a fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. 

July 4th Celebration at the Star Barn Village

Gates open at 3 p.m. to the Star Barn Village, located at 1 Hollinger Lane in Elizabethtown. Enjoy yummy food, homemade ice cream, pony rides and a reptile show, followed by a firework display beginning at 9 p.m. *Ticket purchase required.
