FOR CONVENTIONAL OVEN COOK THAWED PRODUCT FOR 16-20 MIN/LB. AT 350 F.
FOR FROZEN PRODUCT - COOK FOR 28-32 MIN/LB AT 350 F.

WHEN COOKING FROM FROZEN PLACE FROZEN ROAST IN A PRE-HEATED OVEN 200 F FOR 60 MINUTES THEN INCREASE THE OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 350
