Refunds and Returns

We strive to make sure that our product arrives to your doorstep still cold and in good condition. Sometimes, however, mistakes are made. Orders are filled incorrectly or packages are damaged en route to their destination. 

If you receive a damaged product, or the wrong product, or no product at all, please reach out to us at info@stoltzfusmeats.com right away and we will work with you to correct the problem. If the item is damaged, it is sometimes helpful to send a picture as well. We typically do not ask customers to return a damaged item in order to have it replaced or refunded. 

Our online sales team is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If we can't send a replacement product, we offer a full refund. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide you with the prompt service and quality products you deserve.
