Because this is such a delicate product, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive completely in tact. While we try to avoid cookies breaking by packaging them with bubble wrap, we do not offer refunds or replacements for cookies that break in transit. We recommend using those delicious crumbs to top your ice cream.
