Shipping Time Frame

PLEASE NOTE: We typically process orders within one week of receipt. All orders received by the 10:00 a.m. deadline on Wednesday will be shipped the upcoming week. Any orders received after that time on Wednesdays, will be shipped the following week. If you would like your order to be shipped at a later date, please indicate the week that you would like your shipment to arrive in the message box during checkout. Your order will be shipped with our next scheduled shipment unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Policy

To ensure our quality of freshness, all items (excluding gift boxes) are shipped in a reusable boxed styrofoam container with dry ice.  A $8.95 packaging fee covers this added feature.  All orders will be shipped by our carrier using real time shipping rates calculated during checkout, and will be sent NEXT DAY DELIVERY (remote areas may take 2 days) unless your shipping destination is geographically acceptable to use Ground Service arriving in 1 day.  All orders are shipped from our processing plant in Intercourse, PA.  You must specify a street address to ship to, as these carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.  We do not ship outside the Continental U.S.


Packaging Fee

A packaging fee of $8.95 is added to all orders to cover packaging and handling costs incurred.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Sorry, no check, money orders or C.O.D.'s are accepted.

Local Customers

Arrangements can be made for orders to be picked up at our Intercourse, PA location.  Upon checkout, please specify instructions and date for your pickup.
